These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of KitFiler Money, a personal and team bookkeeping SaaS operated by KitFiler / Infiniti Systems ("KitFiler", "we", "us") at kitfiler.com.
KitFiler Money provides tools to record accounts and transactions, categorise spending, manage budgets and goals, run reports, collaborate in teams with roles, and use AI Bookkeeper features (including email ingest at addresses ending in @ai.kitfiler.com). Features may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for data you enter or forward into the service (including mail sent to your AI mailbox). Team owners/admins decide who may join their workspace and with which role.
You may use the service only for lawful bookkeeping and related personal or business record-keeping. You must not misuse the platform (including probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorised programme, scraping at abusive rates, uploading malware, attempting to access another team's data, or infringing others' rights).
AI Bookkeeper and related extraction or Q&A features may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review suggested categorisations, extracted amounts, and replies before relying on them. AI outputs are operational aids only.
KitFiler Money is not a bank, accountant, auditor, or tax adviser. Reports, AI summaries, and records do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own books, filings, and professional advice.
The service is provided as available. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
The KitFiler Money application, branding, and documentation are owned by KitFiler / Infiniti Systems or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. KitFiler / Infiniti Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or abuse. Team admins may remove members from their workspace.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written customer agreement with the operator specifies otherwise. Courts in the operator's jurisdiction may hear disputes arising from these Terms.
