If you haven't subscribed, your workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays safe and you can still view and export it; bank sync, the AI Bookkeeper and changes pause until you subscribe. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge is on the day it ends.
Subscribe while the offer is open and you pay $7.99/month for your first 12 months of paid service, then the regular $12.99/month. We'll email you 30 days before the price changes. KitFiler can close the offer to new subscribers at any time; if you've already joined, your first-year price is kept.
There are no set limits: everyone gets every feature, subject to fair use. If a workspace's usage is excessive, KitFiler may cap it or charge for the extra usage, and we'll always email you a notice first. Details are in our Terms.
Yes. You can pay for 3, 6 or 12 months up front at the same monthly price (there's no prepay discount). Prepaid time doesn't renew by itself; we'll email you a week before it runs out.
