We don't sell or share your personal information
KitFiler does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for profiling that has legal effects. There are no advertising or analytics cookies to turn off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as an opt-out.
Do it yourself, straight away
- Get a copy of your data: sign in, then Security → Download my data.
- Delete your account and data: sign in, then Security → Delete account.
- Correct anything in your account and workspaces directly in the app.
- Stop summary and reminder emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
Or send us a request
Use this form to ask us to tell you what we hold about you, delete or correct it, opt out, or appeal a decision on an earlier request. We'll confirm it's you by replying to the email address you give (it should be the one on your KitFiler account) and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they act for you. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If you're a client of an accountant who manages your workspace, you can also ask them.
Some financial information we receive is covered by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and handled under our information security program instead of these state laws; your account, usage and marketing information is covered. See our Privacy Policy. You can also email admin@kitfiler.com.
